End User License Agreement (Smart Offline Music Player)

1. Grant of License & User Restrictions

• Individual Use License: VNS GROUP LIMITED grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the VNS Play application on compatible Android devices solely for personal media playback and LRC video generation.
• Proprietary Assets: All interface components, source code, media processing engines (Canvas Studio), and internal application structures are proprietary assets of VNS GROUP LIMITED.
• Prohibited Activities: Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the application software without express written permission.

2. Content Responsibility & Copyright

VNS Play is an offline local media player. We do not provide, host, or distribute copyrighted music or lyrics (LRC) files.

• User-Provided Media: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to possess and play the audio files and lyrics you import into the application.
• Exported Content: Any 30-second videos generated via the app's LRC Studio are for personal sharing. You assume all liability for copyright infringement if you distribute copyrighted material publicly.

3. Third-Party Services (Music Identification)

The smart audio recognition feature is powered by third-party APIs (such as ACRCloud).

• Fair Use: This service is provided with daily usage limits per user to prevent abuse. Spamming or attempting to bypass these API limits is strictly prohibited.
• Data Privacy: Microphone access is used exclusively to capture a brief audio snippet, which is securely transmitted for identification purposes only. We do not record or store your conversations.

4. Limitation of Liability & "AS IS" Provision

The software is delivered "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. VNS GROUP LIMITED disclaims all liabilities for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware incompatibility, local playlist data loss, or application downtime.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Rules at any time to comply with evolving digital regulations and marketplace guidelines. Continued use of the software indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
