End User License Agreement

1. User Responsibilities & Custody

• Master Key Custody: You are solely responsible for memorizing and safeguarding your Master Password and 12-word Recovery Mnemonic.
• Zero-Knowledge Limitation: If credentials or seed phrases are lost, VNS GROUP LIMITED cannot recover, reset, or access your vault under any circumstances.
• Device Security: You must ensure the physical security and integrity of the device where local sandbox partitions are mounted.

2. Limitation of Liability

VNS Vault is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. VNS GROUP LIMITED shall not be liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, lost master credentials, or compromised local operating systems.

3. Trial Period, Pricing & Subscriptions

VNS Vault is provided under a freemium model to ensure users can fully evaluate its security features.

• Complimentary Trial: Upon initial registration, users are granted a fully functional, 3-month complimentary trial period.
• Paid Subscription: Following the expiration of the 3-month trial, continued access to the application requires a paid subscription (or one-time purchase, depending on the platform).
• Billing Transparency: You will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial without your explicit consent. All transactions and subscriptions are securely processed and managed entirely through the respective platform's app store (e.g., Huawei AppGallery, Microsoft Store, Google Play). VNS GROUP LIMITED does not have access to your payment methods or billing information.
