End User License Agreement (China Motorcycle Theory Exam)

1. Grant of License & User Restrictions

• Individual Educational License: VNS GROUP LIMITED grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the VNS Rider application on compatible Android devices solely for personal theory examination preparation.
• Proprietary Assets & Intellectual Property: All interface components, source code, structured question translations, road signage vectors, and practice simulators are proprietary assets of VNS GROUP LIMITED.
• Prohibited Activities: Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, unpack, redistribute, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the question banks or application software without express written permission.

2. Educational Disclaimers & Official Government Separation

VNS Rider is an independent exam preparation platform crafted to assist foreign drivers with linguistic translation and practice simulation for China's Class D, E, and F driving licenses.

• Non-Governmental Entity: VNS Rider is NOT an official testing agency and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Ministry of Public Security of the PRC or local Vehicle Administration Offices (车管所).
• Exam Results Disclaimer: While question banks are curated to mirror the official Subject 1 (科目一) curriculum, completion or scoring high marks within the app does not constitute or guarantee passing results in the official state examination.

3. Pricing, Distribution & Payment Terms

VNS Rider is made available through authorized digital marketplaces, including Huawei AppGallery.

• Standard Pricing: The software is distributed under a fixed-fee model (e.g., 20 CNY per download or permanent license) granting full, lifetime offline access to the complete question database without recurring charges.
• Payment Processing: All purchase transactions, taxes, and local currency handling are executed securely through the store billing gateway (such as Huawei In-App Purchases or AppGallery Store Checkout). VNS GROUP LIMITED never handles or stores your payment credentials.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests and eligibility terms are strictly governed by the standard consumer refund framework of the marketplace platform from which the application was purchased.

4. Limitation of Liability & "AS IS" Provision

The software is delivered "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. VNS GROUP LIMITED disclaims all liabilities for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware incompatibility, local progress data clearance, traffic infractions committed by users, or application downtime.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Rules at any time to comply with evolving traffic regulations and marketplace guidelines. Continued use of the software indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
